KGE Real Estate has come across an opportunity to buy into a major investment property that will be very profitable for a very long time. That means we have to sell some of our properties to come up with enough cash to buy in. The bad news is that we need this cash…yesterday!
As you know, if you want to sell anything quickly, it means that you have to price it accordingly. So our good fortune, in a sense, is also our misfortune because we have to discount these properties so heavily.
