There are many regions of the country where the ability to obtain home ownership is simply not practical using traditional lenders and real estate services. These people suffer because they don’t qualify for financing or the traditional real estate process cannot handle their needs.
KGE Real Estate was formed in 2007 by Kyle Edginton to address these concerns. By providing alternate solutions to home ownership and sales, we are able to help our clients achieve their dreams and/or move on with their lives.
Formerly a Financial Planner, Kyle Edginton was disillusioned by the design of the financial services industry. He has seen many representatives unleashed on the public without sufficient training or any real desire to be truly helpful to their clients.
Taking the work smarter, not harder approach, Kyle resigned his position, invested in further education and started KGE Real Estate to be able to use a passion for real estate to help those who the industry forgot.
